In order to commence trading with Hexa Services you will first need to complete an account application form enabling us to activate your account and credit facility. This is a one page application stating your basic company details and will be processed on the same day as it is received. To request a credit account with us, please contact your nearest office.
Hexa Services invoice for labour on an hourly basis. This helps to ensure your money is shrewdly spent. You only pay for the hours operatives are on site, breaks are deductible if required. We will send timesheets out and collect them on a weekly basis. In order for a timesheet to be processed they must be signed and verified by an approved member of your direct workforce.
Once we have collected timesheets we will process operatives' wages and issue an invoice to you accordingly. Payment of invoices is then due in accordance with your agreed payment terms. Our standard payment terms are 14 days from invoicing. These terms can be considered for review upon request.
Hexa Services have a very efficient in house payroll system. We pay operatives on a weekly basis through our own payroll and as result we are responsible for paying all of their National Insurance contributions, handling tax payable and providing holiday pay.
Due to the quality of our service many of our clients choose to outsource payroll for their own direct labour to us, relieving the time and cost of running a payroll in house. We are well equipped to offer this service and charge a small administration fee in return.
By operating through several locations nationwide we have been able to build and maintain a strong database of over 25'000 skilled operatives throughout the UK. We are continually advertising and interviewing operatives as well as receiving a lot of calls from candidates who have heard about us and would like to work for Hexa Services. We are a registered member of the JIB which allows us to verify Electrical qualifications and we work closely with the CSCS to ensure that all of our operatives are qualified and safety conscious. We check our applicants' work history, qualifications and at least two references before they can be entered onto our database. By working closely with local operatives, our regional consultants are better equipped to supply the most suitable people for each assignment. For the purpose of reliability Hexa Services will only ever send local labour to sites.
Hexa Services have an ever expanding permanent recruitment division where we fill vacancies for various white collar construction professionals both in the UK and abroad. A lot of resources are invested into this section of recruitment which saves our clients significant time and money by outsourcing their staffing requirements to us. Using our name in the market we advertise vacancies in several established publications and web services. Upon receiving an applicant our specialised consultants hold an extensive face to face interview to determine candidate's suitability and salary requirements. When we are happy we have found the perfect candidate we will put you in touch with them to arrange a final interview.
