If you are an existing worker for Hexa Services or you are soon to begin a contract you can download a blank timesheet.
If you can't open the timesheet, please install Adobe Reader.
Prompt weekly submission of your fully completed timesheet will help ensure that you are paid on time. Payment can only be made from original timesheets signed by one of the contractors' authorised site personnel. All timesheets will be verified with the clients prior to processing.
Once your timesheet is completed and has been signed by the client, you must:
- Post or fax a copy to our payroll department on Friday each week (details available on our contact page).
- Ensure that any additional paperwork is stapled or faxed with the timesheet, for example, P45, P46, employee agreement, etc.
- Keep the second copy for yourself.
Should your assignment end mid week, submit your timesheet as soon as possible.
